The discount codes literally worked for me, which was a nice surprise. Checkout was okay overall and I didn’t run into any major issues.

I ordered a few markers for a small art project, and based on the pictures online, I was expecting the colors to be accurate. For the most part, they were, especially the blues and greens, which looked almost exactly like I hoped they would.

The only one that threw me off a bit was an orange shade that came out darker in person than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, though. Shipping was fine, none of the markers were dried out, and overall I’m happy with them. Just taking off one star because of that small color difference.

I don’t think I’d really buy from here again. It just wasn’t great, like not great at all, and I’m not really feeling like giving it another try.

These markers write really smooth and most of the colors look good, but a couple of the tips were already kind of dry, which was annoying. Some colors also fade faster than they should, so I’m blaming that for messing up a few projects. Still decent overall, just not perfect.

They did end up sending a replacement, which I appreciated, but it took a lot longer than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times before it finally got sorted. Glad it was handled in the end, just wish it had been a bit quicker...

The prices were okay, I guess, but I expected better deals based on what they advertised. It felt like they made it sound like there would be bigger savings, and then it just didn’t really deliver. Not terrible, but definitely a bit disappointing

I ordered a few markers that were listed as in stock , and they actually had them . I was expecting one of those annoying backorder emails after checkout , but that never happened . Everything shipped out without any issue , and the inventory count on the site seemed to be right . Happy with the whole experience .

Not gonna lie, the site was really easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly.

The box showed up a little crushed, which was kind of disappointing. Thankfully the markers inside were fine, but I do wish there had been more padding. It wasn’t awful or anything, just average packaging. I kind of regret not checking reviews about the shipping before ordering

I ordered a few markers from markersupply.com, and the shipping was fine, so I don’t really have any complaints there. The issue was mostly with the ink, which just didn’t feel very consistent to me.

Some of the markers came out really wet at first and then started looking patchy quickly. A couple were streaky from the start too. Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, I’m not totally sure, but for the price I definitely expected them to perform a bit better.

My order showed up later than expected, and one of the markers was already dried out when I opened it. Customer support did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped. Just a heads up for anyone ordering, maybe give yourself extra time if you need the items by a certain date, and check everything right away when it arrives. Not sure I’d order from them again...

I needed a few different marker brands, and markersupply had almost everything I was looking for. Because they had so much in stock, I didn’t have to waste time checking a bunch of other sites. I found the ones I use for work, plus a couple colors I haven’t been able to find in stores near me. The site was easy to use, so I’d definitely order from them again.

Support did respond, so I guess that’s something. Unfortunately, the actual help part was minimal, and I still felt like I was mostly figuring things out on my own. Not exactly the most useful experience.

I ordered a set of markers and they got here sooner than I figured they would. The tracking was decent enough, maybe not totally perfect, but it did the job. Overall, I’d say the shipping was solid and I’m happy with how fast it arrived
